About Philipp
In 2019, Philipp left his role as of Staff at Deloitte, founded a company, and successfully brought it to market. Less than a year later, the pandemic rendered existing offering obsolete overnight, causing revenue to drop zero. Instead of shutting down the business, Philipp and his team completely restructured it: redefining the business model, work processes, responsibilities. Today, Wilson & Oskar is profitable, sustainably, and operates independently. These experiences in management consulting, departmental leadership as Chief of Staff, and the building, crashing, turnaround of his own company continue to shape Philipp's work. He blends proven Big Four methodologies with genuine entrepreneurial reality, applying methodologically sound approaches successfully across industries with clients and in his own business. The focus is on decision quality and implementation in real-world scenarios.
